Kate Cremer

Kate has been working in private practice since graduating with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Monash University in 2015 and is currently completing her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. During her career, Kate has worked across both men’s and women’s football clubs including Frankston Dolphins, Box Hill Hawks and Hawthorn VFLW, and is currently head Physiotherapist for Western Bulldogs VFLW and the Vic Metro under 18 female football team. Kate has also worked as the Physiotherapist for the Victorian Under 18 female Cricket team.

Despite her strong relationship with sporting clubs, Kate has always had a passion for women’s health including pre and post-natal care and exercise throughout pregnancy and into the postnatal period.

Alongside her passion for women’s health Kate also has an interest in treating running related conditions, including running assessments and retraining, sports related injuries and lower back pain. In conjunction with her treatment, Kate likes to utilise pilates-style exercise into her rehabilitation to assist in achieving patient goals and promote whole body wellbeing.
