Kate has been working in private practice since graduating with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Monash University in 2015 and is currently completing her graduate certificate of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. During her career, Kate has worked across both men’s and women’s football clubs including Frankston Dolphins, Box Hill Hawks and now currently at Hawthorn football club with their women’s VFLW team and the Vic Metro under 18 female football team.
Despite her strong relationship with sporting clubs, Kate has always had a passion for women’s health including pre and post-natal care, pelvic floor retraining and exercise throughout pregnancy and post-natally.
Alongside her passion for women’s health Kate also has an interest in treating running related conditions, including running assessments and retraining, sports related injuries and lower back pain. In conjunction with her treatment, Kate likes to employ clinical pilates into her rehabilitation to assist in achieving patient goals and promote whole body wellbeing.
